Three cheesecakes were my ‘load’ in my small red cinquecento. I was driving towards Arahova, a Greek village in the north, back in 2002.
A passion for taste that led to sweet miracles
The reason for my journey was a cute café bistro that wanted to try my desserts! Each Saturday, I drove up with agony over the result.
Today, I look back and laugh with the urge of my youth, while always maintaining the same agony!
Since then, the three cheesecakes became ten, with lemon, strawberries, peanut butter, wild cherries, praline, chocolate, toffee caramel, rum and raisins, apple and cinnamon, and our beloved oreo cheesecake!
